Black screen can have multiple causes:
- - Make sure your device does allow video playback while driving. This setting is is different on each unit.
- - Try changing the video settings. Go to Settings -> Graphics and enable the software decoding
- - Try resetting the pixel density to 160 DPI Go to Settings -> Graphics -> Pixel Density
- - If you are using a USB connection try to uninstall/disable EasyConnection app, usually it's preinstalled on the units.
- - Try different connection method (Wi-Fi or USB)
- - Try another USB cable (If you using with USB method)
