Black screen can have multiple causes:
  1. - Make sure your device does allow video playback while driving. This setting is is different on each unit.
  2. - Try changing the video settings. Go to Settings -> Graphics and enable the software decoding
  3. - Try resetting the pixel density to 160 DPI Go to Settings -> Graphics -> Pixel Density
  4. - If you are using a USB connection try to uninstall/disable EasyConnection app, usually it's preinstalled on the units.
  5. - Try different connection method (Wi-Fi or USB)
  6. - Try another USB cable (If you using with USB method)
