This is caused by wrong DPI value, possible side effect of updating the orientation of Headunit Reloaded, and not adjusting DPI value. If the icons are very big, try to reduce the DPI, if the icons are too small increase the DPI. Rough DPI values are 160 for devices having a resolution up to 720p, 240 for devices having screen resolution up to 1080p and about 320 for devices running full hd resolution at 1080p. It is recommended to check your actual screen resolution as in many cases it's falsely advertised by manufacturers, especially some car head units tend to overblow the reality, or mix up supported video resolution with device resolution.
